Midcentury Mod Yellow Dansk Kobenstyle

$275.00

Collection includes: four hip kitchen necessities (as shown)

This iconic cookware, originally designed by Jens H. Quistgaard in 1956, looks and feels just as fresh today.  In fact, Dansk recently reissued these designs with no changes to the originals.  They are available new at the Museum of Modern Art's gift store.  (But not in yellow!)

The Kobenstyle cookware is heavyweight enamel-coated steel.

I paired the cookware with a vintage linen towel in vibrant MCM colors.  The towel depicts the castles and coats of arms of Ireland.  A perfect gift for newlyweds or anyone who appreciates superb kitchen gear.

  • Casserole, Dansk, 2 qt., vintage, enamel yellow, white interior, excellent condition (8" d, 10.5" d with handles)

Please note that everything I sell, and I mean everything, is used, antique, vintage, etc.  That means sometimes scratched, dented, and worn.  Imperfect.  Not dusty, though.  Or dirty.
