Originally published in 1920, this edition is chock full of unexpected treasures, including ledger notes from, I think, the Girl Scout leader. One of the notes lists the scouts whose dues were paid and the threesome (Ann Wittenberg, Audrey Frank, and Gloria Goehle) who apparently 'lost' their money. It's a fascinating glimpse into the world of scouting that began as a means for training "wood craft, handiness, and cheery helpfulness."
